Hydra-Cell Pro Seal-less pumps easily handle non-lubricating fluids as the pumped fluid is not used to lubricate any running surfaces or bearings. This feature also, allows the pump to run dry indefinitely.

The Innovative seal-less design ensures efficient and reliable performance in Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) applications, enhancing productivity and reducing operating and maintenance costs. In many applications, seal-less pumps are preferred in NGL service due to the high vapor pressure that presents a safety risk and environmental issue if leaked into the atmosphere. Accurately Dosing Diesel Fuel with Abrasive Dye

A major petrochemical company in Ireland needed a compact and accurate dosing pump for their skid-mounted systems used for injecting a non-lubricating, abrasive dye into diesel fuel as an identifying agent. A smooth, continuous injection flow into the main diesel pipeline is required to ensure homogeneous mixture of dye and diesel. The customer chose Hydra-Cell Pro pumps to replace the previously installed traditional metering pumps for this application.
