HYDRA-CELL® TECHNOLOGY

Control & Adaptability

Extensive Range of Materials of Construction

Hydraulic End and Liquid End material choices Including an array of metallic and non-metallic materials. Wanner offers choices for Diaphragm, Valve, Valve Spring, Spring Retainer, O-ring and Valve Seat material options on many models. You can also specify numerous options for mountings and baseplate assemblies.

Simple Repurposing for Different Flow Rates

By simply changing the drive gear box, Hydra-Cell Pro pumps can be repurposed for different flow rate duties over a very wide range, very easily.

Application Flexibility

Wanner Hydra-Cell Pro seal-less pump technology creates quantifiable user value in many applications, adding greater productivity, performance and quality to a host of processes. Wanner’s simple liquid end design, coupled with a wide choice of materials of construction that can be easily changed, means that Hydra-Cell Pro pumps can be easily reconfigured and repurposed to pump different liquids, optimizing investment and operations.

Wide Range of Control Options

Hydra-Cell Pro pumps have a number of options to electronically control flow rate for different customer requirements – eliminating the need for actuators. Pumps can be easily manually controlled by local potentiometer, or remotely controlled by a 4 to 20mA or 0 to 10V DC analogue signal in Safe Areas and Explosive (ATX certified) Areas. In Safe Areas, pumps can be digitally controlled with a host of communication protocols including ProfiBUS, ProfiNet, EtherNet IP, EtherCat, CANopen, DeviceNet, or Setpoint Converter.

Simplified Inspection and Service for Hydra-Cell Pro T & Q Series

In-field Removal of Manifold

A unique design feature of the Hydra-Cell Pro T & Q Series pumps allows the pump manifold to be removed for in-field access of the diaphragms without the need for heavy lifting equipment.

Unique Rotating Assembly

The unique rotating assembly of Hydra-Cell Pro T & Q Series pumps have a spherical journal bearing configuration, offering many advantages:

  • No shimming for end play of crank
  • No critical measurements to align crank with pump casing/feet - making motor or gear box connection simple
  • Simplifying assembly

Manifold Re-sleeving

New life can be given to manifolds prolonging life by a re-sleeving kit, further optimizing cost of ownership.
