Wanner Hydraulic Jet Pumps

Unique Design for Increased Efficiency. Easy Retrieval in Reverse Mode. Materials for the harshest well conditions. Tubing Sizes 23/8” to 4½

Wanner Jet Pumps

  • Highly efficiency due to the fluid path design
  • No need for a slickline or workover rig saving costs
  • Easy retrieval with forward and reverse modes of operation
  • Ability to customise jet pump design to fit particular well completion profiles for easy implementation

Jet Pump Range for Production Rates of 10 BPD to 10K BPD

  • Slim hole with concentric tubing
  • Deviated and horizontal wells
  • Wells with high GLR/GOR
  • Crude oil production above 6 to 7 API (using heated power fluid)
  • Bad casing
  • Gas well dewatering
  • CBM well dewatering
  • High water cut wells
  • Sliding sleeve/cavity pump for 2-3/8”, 3-1/2” and 4-1/2” tubing
  • Tubing conveyed housing for 2-3/8” – 4-1/2” tubing
  • Frac flowbacks
  • Highest volume and most efficient pump

Jet Pump Materials of Construction

With no moving parts in the well the jet pump is already the most reliable artificial lift solution. The materials of construction are chosen to ensure very long life even in the harshest of well environments.

Customisation

The ability to supply custom profiles to fit customers existing completions enables lower cost of implementation and greater ease to switch from other forms of artificial lift

Extensive stock

The simplicity of the jet means that stock parts are easily put in place and readily available.

Easy Retrieval of Jet Pump in Forward or Reverse Flow Mode

Sometimes well conditions dictate that produced well fluid should be kept away from the casing. The jet pump is then used in the reverse flow configuration. The jet pump can still be retrieved without a slick line or workover rig.

Subsurface Configurations

Well Restrictions. Damaged Casing. Deviated Wells. Horizontal Wells.

Flexibility of Jet Pump Artificial Lift Can Help Produce in Many Types of Subsurface Situations:

  • Producing the casing
  • Keeping well fluid away from well casing
  • Producing in bad casing completions
  • High gas-to-liquid ratio gas liquification
  • Horizontal completion
