Superior handling of particulates up to 500 microns diameter, and up to 9 hardness on the MOH scale including abrasive fillers in Polyols and crystals that form in Isocyanates.
Process liquids are completely isolated from the atmosphere, eliminating leaks and risks. Handle non lubricating, volatile, flammable and toxic liquids such as Pentane, with no leak path for VOCs.
Accurately and reliably pump liquid viscosities ranging from non-lubricating liquified gases and solvents to viscous liquids and slurries up to 20,000 cP.

Wanner Hydra-Cell Pro pumps are used in the production of insulating foam and installed within a metering process to pump viscous filled Polyol. Other pump technologies were previous used for this application but were unreliable due to the high viscous and abrasive nature of the filled Polyol.
