Accurately Dosing Diesel Fuel with Abrasive Dye

A major petrochemical company in Ireland needed a compact and accurate dosing pump for their skid-mounted systems used for injecting a non-lubricating, abrasive dye into diesel fuel as an identifying agent. A smooth, continuous injection flow into the main diesel pipeline is required to ensure homogeneous mixture of dye and diesel. The customer chose Hydra-Cell Pro pumps to replace the previously installed traditional metering pumps for this application.

Injecting Hot Monoethanolamine

A major Russian gas processor needed a reliable solution to spray a hot (113°F/45°C) Monoethanolamine solution as part of their gas sweetening process.
